“Since the age of 16, I worked in a clinic with physiotherapists and massage therapists building connections with patients who came in for treatments. I was always hopeful they got the best treatment possible with whatever practitioner they were seeing. As time passed I started to feel like I wanted to be the one doing the treatment and this has lead me on my journey towards massage therapy and acupuncture ."

Bailey is glad that she embarked on a career in massage therapy, as she can help so many people to live a better life. In 2023, she graduated from the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the WE Integrated Orthopaedic Massage Degree with 2200 hours. She is skilled in various massage techniques including:
- Jade Hot Stone
- Swedish
- Relaxation
- Therapeutic
- Acupressure
- Myofascial Release
- Sports
- Pre/Post-natal (side lying)
- Children
She works at Precision Spinal Care in Silverado on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

#####Outside the Practice
When she’s not helping patients feel better, Bailey loves being outdoors, especially at the baseball diamonds watching her brother play! You can also find her reading while enjoying a good cup of coffee. Fun fact: she is a big Disney lover!

Please Note: If you have not previously completed an Initial Acupuncture Assessment, your appointment will be changed to an Initial Acupuncture Assessment to allow sufficient time for a comprehensive health history, assessment, and treatment plan. This combination treatment integrates the therapeutic benefits of both massage therapy and acupuncture in a single session. Massage helps relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation, while acupuncture addresses underlying imbalances, supports healing, reduces pain, and enhances overall well-being. Together, these therapies provide a comprehensive approach to treating both acute and chronic conditions while supporting whole-body health.
