Dr. Balkaran Ahluwalia is a board-certified chiropractor dedicated to helping patients get out of pain, move better, and return to the activities they love. His treatment approach combines hands-on chiropractic care with rehabilitation to not only provide relief, but to address the root cause of pain for long-term results.
With a strong educational background in human movement, injury recovery, and sports medicine, Dr. Ahluwalia earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University before completing his Doctorate in Chiropractic and Master of Science in Sports Medicine at University of Western States. He has worked with a wide range of patients—from everyday individuals dealing with pain and stiffness to athletes recovering from injuries and improving performance.
During his clinical training, he had the opportunity to treat athletes at professional and amateur sporting events, helping him develop strong skills in injury assessment, rehabilitation, and movement-based recovery. This hands-on experience allows him to confidently treat a variety of conditions including neck pain, back pain, hip pain, sports injuries, and movement dysfunctions.
Dr. Ahluwalia uses evidence-based techniques including chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercises, taping, and shockwave therapy, with every treatment plan tailored to the individual—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
