Dr. Recsky employs an evidence-based approach that prioritizes and focuses on the patient. His process begins with a thorough understanding of the patient, followed by identifying the root cause of their issues. He then formulates a customized treatment plan just for them, helping them get reach their goals. Dr. Recsky's treatment methods encompass a diverse range of manual therapy techniques, precisely tailored to each patient's goals and plan. This includes expert diversified chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy such as massage, myofascial release therapy, and instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy.
After a session with Dr. Recsky, patients leave with personalized goals to keep them moving forward. They get exercises to build strength and support, plus tips on how to adjust their lifestyle to avoid more problems.
But Dr. Recsky isn't just about chiropractic—he's also a big part of the roller derby scene. He's the VP of sport development for Canada Roller Derby, coaches the Calgary Roller Derby All-stars, and even tears it up as one of the starting jammers for the Glenmore Reservoir Dog’s.
