Dr. Breanna was raised in Okotoks and has always had a deep passion for women's health and wellness. Her journey began at a young age after struggling with her relationship with food, which inspired her to pursue a diploma in Nutritional Science, followed by a Holistic Nutrition Diploma.
In her early 20’s, she faced challenges with hormone balance and discovered acupuncture - a practice she instantly fell in love with. Its ability to connect mind, body and spirit resonated deeply with her and she knew she had found the missing piece. She then decided to pursue formal training in acupuncture when her baby was just 6 months old and considers it a blessing to have grown alongside him while navigating motherhood, self-discovery, and school.
Outside the clinic, she is a devoted bookworm who can always be found with her nose in a book. She enjoys forest walks, beaches, travelling, and exploring new places. Food still remains a huge part of her life - she has a soft spot for fancy mock-tails and delicious meals. A true fall and Halloween enthusiast - she enjoys pumpkin patches, haunted houses, and crisp autumn air. Dr. Breanna believes true healing comes from reconnecting with yourself on every level.
Breanna is passionate about using acupuncture to repair those lost connections, and feels honoured to be able to help support others on their healing journey.

Treatment uses the NADA protocol - five gentle ear acupuncture points commonly used to support emotional regulation, stress management, and general nervous-system balance. A few individualized body points may be added based on individual needs and comfort level.
