At Peak Health & Wellness, I take a patient-centered approach where every treatment plan is designed around your specific needs and goals. My care blends chiropractic adjustments with medical acupuncture, therapeutic modalities, soft-tissue and Graston IASTM therapy, as well as rehabilitative exercise. This holistic approach supports both immediate relief and ongoing wellness.
I’m a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and have spent the past 10 years as a clinician faculty member there, inspiring and mentoring future chiropractors. This role keeps me grounded in the latest evidence-based care while also allowing me to share practical, hands-on knowledge with the next generation of practitioners.
Brooklin has been home for my family and I for over a decade. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me at the rink playing hockey, cheering on my kids, or connecting with neighbours. Being part of this community has shaped both my personal and professional life, and I’m proud to serve the Brooklin community at Peak.
