A little about me:
Before moving to Toronto to attend the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2014, I grew up in the town of Tecumseh, just next to Windsor, Ontario.
After joining the practice at Park Road Wellness Centre in 2018, I took over the clinic in December 2019 from Dr. Brian Dower. This was a life-changing experience for me, and a dream come true to have my own practice!

When I'm not in the office I am typically enjoying time with friends, playing in my community dodgeball league, swimming, or playing with my French Bulldog, Kevin!
I LOVE my job working as a Chiropractor. Every day I get to help my clients feel their best, and work through some challenging injuries. I just love helping people :)

A 15-minute Complimentary Case Review to discuss your case, goals and concerns with Dr. Alex/Dr. Brian to see if an examination is appropriate and necessary. This is an IN-PERSON appointment.
A 15-minute Complimentary Case Review to discuss your case and concerns with Dr. Alex. If it is deemed appropriate to move forward, Dr Ritza will complete a NeuroStructural Examination consisting of 15 different tests to identify the underlying Core Problem(s) in your case.
A 20-minute Complimentary Consult to discuss your case, goals and concerns with Dr. Krekora and to see if a NeuroStructural Examination is appropriate. If it is deemed appropriate to move forward, Dr. Krekora will complete a NeuroStructural Examination consisting of 15 different tests to identify the underlying Core Problem(s) in your case.
A focused 30-minute session combining guided stretching and hands-on myofascial release to improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, and support postural imbalance. Ideal for anyone feeling tight, stiff, or in need of targeted soft tissue work between Chiropractic adjustments.

A 20-minute COMPLIMENTARY Case Review (*in person consult*) to discuss your case, goals and concerns with Dr. Krekora who will determine if an examination is appropriate and necessary. This is a chance to see if our Corrective Chiropractic method is right for you.
Your PHYSICAL GIFT CERTIFICATE entails you to: A 20-minute Complimentary Case Review to discuss your case, goals and concerns with Dr. Krekora to see if a NeuroStructural Examination is appropriate and necessary. A chance to see if our NeuroStructural Restoration method is right for you. If it is deemed appropriate to move forward, Dr. Krekora will complete NeuroStructural Examination consisting of 15 different tests to identify the underlying Core Problem(s) in your case. These tests include a Digital Structural Analysis, Advanced Mobility Testing, NeuroMuscular Strength Testing, and Advanced Palpation Analysis among others.
A 15-minute Complimentary Case Review to discuss your case, goals and concerns with Dr. Brian to see if a Physical Examination is appropriate and necessary. If it is deemed appropriate to move forward, Dr Wright will complete a full Physical Examination consisting different tests to identify the underlying Core Problem(s) in your case. These tests include postural analysis, range of motion testing, neurological screening and advanced palpating analysis among others.
For existing patients who have not seen Dr Ritza/Wright/Krekora for more than 1 year. We will update your case and re-examine your spine, nervous system and musculoskeletal system.
A comprehensive NeuroStructural Examination of the foot and lower limbs to assess the need for custom-orthotics for performance, treatment or support using Advanced Palpation, Gait, NeuroMuscular and Structural Testing. If prescribed by Dr. Krekora a 3D cast of the feet will be made with the addition of any necessary custom modifications to fit the perfect orthotic.
