Her practice is dedicated to helping patients navigate their health concerns with clarity, confidence, and sustainable solutions. Dr. Bridget integrates functional laboratory assessment, personalized nutrition, targeted supplementation, hormone and nutrient prescribing, and sustainable lifestyle strategies that are both realistic and effective. She incorporates accountability coaching to support lasting change and works collaboratively within an integrative care model alongside other healthcare practitioners to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
Dr. Bridget maintains a general family practice at The WOMB, supporting individuals from all backgrounds from early adolescence onwards. Originally from Collingwood, with strong roots in the Georgian Bay area, she feels grateful to practice close to the landscapes that shaped her!
Her compassionate, collaborative style of care was shaped by her own experience navigating a chronic health condition, deepening her understanding of the body's innate capacity to heal when properly supported. She is committed to ensuring patients feel informed, empowered, and confident in their health decisions at every stage of life.
Outside the clinic, you'll likely find her outdoors in every season — hiking, skiing, or swimming — at the farmers' market with a coffee in hand, trying a new local restaurant, or in her kitchen testing a new nourishing recipe.
Education:
- Licensed and registered Naturopathic Doctor in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).
- Ontario Prescribing and Therapeutics Examination (2024) — authorizing therapeutic prescribing within the naturopathic scope of practice.
- Intravenous (IV) Therapy Certified (2025).
- Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (2023).
- Bachelor of Science (Honours Specialization) in Nutrition and Dietetics from Western University (2018).

MIND-BODY CONNECTION: Exploration of emotional, psychological, and lifestyle factors influencing fertility (stress management, emotional well-being, relationship dynamics). CUSTOMIZED ACTION PLAN: Develop a personalized fertility action plan, including diet/nutrition, exercise, self-care, stress reduction techniques, and fertility-boosting practices and providing additional clarity or emotional support to navigate them. ONGOING SUPPORT: Recommendations for self-reflection, journaling, and other ongoing activities to stay connected to their fertility journey.

This visit is required for new injection clients who have not previously discussed injectable therapy with Dr. Bridget McMaster, ND. During this appointment, your health history, indication for treatment, safety considerations, and injection plan will be reviewed prior to receiving treatment.
Follow-up appointments are for existing clients (all ages). If you have not been seen by her before you will need to book an initial.
