(she/her) Dr. MacPhail is a chiropractor at Choice Health Centre. She has completed studies in chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), in contemporary medical acupuncture at McMaster University, and in kinesiology at the University of New Brunswick.
Dr. MacPhail has a special interest in the treatment and rehabilitation of the low-back, mid-back, neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and foot. She also diagnoses and manages conditions related to repetitive strain injuries and nerve entrapments such as sciatic and carpal tunnel syndrome. She has experience treating a wide array of individuals including office workers, weekend warriors, runners, elite curlers, high school rugby players, and individuals living with Parkinson's. She believes that patient education is imperative to achieving optimal results.
Dr. MacPhail finds helping people feel their optimal self rewarding. She would like to work with you to create an individualized treatment plan that you are comfortable with in order to reach your health goals wether it be to get you moving again, managing your pain symptoms, or help you fine tune your body here and there.
