Dr. Brooke is a Doctor of Chiropractic who takes a patient-centered, evidence-based approach to care. She works with people of all ages and abilities, treating the whole body, not just the spine. Her treatments may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, taping, and individualized exercise programs. Every treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs and personal goals.
Dr. Brooke earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She also holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Alberta, a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion, and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP). Her educational background provides a strong foundation in human movement, biomechanics, and rehabilitation.
When she's not in the clinic, you'll find Dr. Brooke hiking or camping with her dogs, hitting the gym, or spending time on the water paddleboarding.
