I am a naturopathic doctor with a clinical focus on women’s hormonal and metabolic health, including weight regulation, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care, perimenopause and menopause, and healthy aging.
My approach combines evidence-informed medicine with individualized care, integrating clinical research, laboratory testing, and patient-specific data to guide treatment decisions.
I am trained in acupuncture, auricular (ear) acupuncture, IV vitamin therapy, and Bowen therapy, which I may incorporate alongside nutritional counselling and targeted supplementation to support overall hormonal and metabolic balance.
My care is focused on supporting the body through hormonal transitions such as menstrual cycle changes, fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and menopausal transition, as well as associated concerns such as energy, sleep, mood, digestion, and weight regulation.
