Dr. Camilia Destteffano is a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor and Metabolic Balance Nutrition Coach.
Camilia is passionate about, and committed to providing holistic, patient-centered care that addresses the root causes of illness. She believes that one’s food, environment and mental state are the most important determinants of health, all of which can be individually rebalanced to restore wellness under the correct guidance. With a deep respect for the body's innate healing ability, Dr. Destteffano integrates natural therapies, including: botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, lifestyle counseling and homeopathy; with evidence-based approaches to support optimal health.
Dr. Destteffano works with patients of all ages and health backgrounds, commonly addressing women’s health, digestive health, thyroid health, stress and fatigue for those 16 and older. She believes in empowering patients with the knowledge and tools to take an active role in their health journey.
With a calm and compassionate presence, Camilia meets each patient where they are, truly listens, and creates personalized plans to support long-term wellness. Regardless of where you are in your health journey, she believes it’s never too late or too early to start!
When not in the clinic, Camilia loves cooking, travel, photography, running, and spending time with family.
