This is designed for a single complaint area or for non-complicated continued Chiropractic care.

This is designed for multi-area treatment or for an appointment that may include more than one modality (acupuncture, IFC, spinal manipulation therapy, etc.)

A 45 minute follow up for complex or multi area musculoskeletal complaints and/or multi modality treatments.

This is for existing patients of Dr. Carleen's who are looking to continue care from a previous practice. This treatment will cover one complaint area, if there are multiple areas to be covered, please book the 30 minute treatment.

This will be a complete assessment of concussion including the neck and other possible involved structures. The first treatment and the first steps in the rehabilitation process are included during this visit. This follows the Shift Concussion Protocol (Guelph).

Appointment includes assessment of feet during standing, walking and with no weight applied. Discussion of if orthotics will be beneficial and the risks that may be involved. A casting of the foot in foam will be completed for the orthotic to be designed from will also be completed.

A therapist led stretching session that works on the fascia, which is the connective tissue that envelopes muscles. It can help improve mobility and performance and speed injury recovery.

This is designed for your first visit to Origin Integrated Health. It includes: a complete history and physical exam, a report of findings and communication of diagnosis as well as your first treatment.

This appointment is for: 1. Existing patients who have a new injury that will require a complete assessment of the focus area(s) and 2. Existing patients who have been away from chiropractic care for over 18 months.

A treatment modality that is a series of low energy acoustic wave pulsations that are applied directly to an injured area to help facilitate the healing process. This treatment is fantastic for plantar fascitis and rotator cuff injuries. If this is your first time to the clinic, please complete a First Appointment first, this appointment will be used for subsequent shockwave therapy sessions.

This appointment is for an initial assessment including a complete history, physical exam, report of findings and treatment including shockwave therapy.
