Chad graduated from the University of Waterloo with an honours bachelor of science degree in Kinesiology (the study of human movement). He later obtained a second bachelor of science degree in Human Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic, in St. Louis Missouri. Since that time, Chad has enjoyed pursuing extensive continuing education and has studied to become fully certified in ART – Active Release Techniques, Neurofunctional Medical Acupuncture, Graston, and SFMA, and Orofacial Rehabilitation.
Chad has worked in various clinical settings, including four Ottawa based integrative medical centres. He has worked on the medical treatment team at Ironman and Ottawa based triathlon races, and he lectures on Chiropractic at the University of Ottawa’s medical school. Chad is an avid downhill skier and mountain biker. He enjoys running, cross-country skiing, obstacle racing, but mostly, spending time with his wife Lindsay and his three young kids Hope, Jax and Ash.
Chad’s goal, as the founder of Integrate, is to provide a multidisciplinary approach to injury care, so that patients benefit from the knowledge base of various disciplines of health care.

This 15-minute appointment is for patients returning for a follow up on an issue that has already been assessed by the Chiropractor. Due to time constraints, these appointments are for single problem areas and not to be booked for new problems that have not yet been assessed by the treating Chiropractor.
These 30 minute appointments are for those patients who have already had their particular problem assessed and examined by the treating Chiropractor and who may require more time for treatment then the typical 15 minute slots. We recommend these 30 minute appointments for those who may have more than one problematic region of the body, or for those who may require medical acupuncture or neurofunctional acupuncture as part of your Chiropractic treatment.

This treatment is for patients who are returning to care after 6 months or who need to be seen for an issue that has not been treated by this practitioner.
This is one half of our Integrative Assessment. In this appointment, the Chiropractor will complete a full assessment and begin treatment, as well as prepare to discuss your issue and treatment plan with your treating physiotherapist. Please call to book this appointment, and our administrative team will set up appropriately with both the consulting Chiropractor and Physiotherapist.
Patients who have not been to see the Chiropractor in more than 3 months or who are seeking treatment for an issue that has not yet been assessed by the Chiropractor would typically book this appointment. An online health history form will be emailed in prior to this appointment.
This appointment is for patients looking to initiate Shockwave Therapy treatments at our centre. This appointment is to determine whether Shockwave treatment is suitable for your particular problem. A Shockwave treatment is included in this initial appointment.
These follow-up appointments are for patients who have already completed their "Shockwave Initial Exam" and are ready to continue with Shockwave treatments with your treating Chiropractor.
