I am a board certified Doctor of Chiropractic from Vancouver, BC where I was born and raised. I worked for nine years at Vancouver’s top multidisciplinary clinic alongside with other wellness practitioners across the healthcare spectrum. I graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario with clinical honours in 2014.
I have additional training in soft tissue techniques to include Active Release Technique, Webster Technique for perinatal care and Complete Concussion Management. My path to being a doctor was far from linear. Prior to becoming a Chiropractor, I worked as an expedition kayak guide, yoga teacher and museum docent among other things. I offer a calm, friendly and plain language approach to helping get to the root cause of your issues. I want to include your goals and preferences in co-creating your treatment plan; meaning no “cracking” requests are A-Okay in my office.

This appointment includes a detailed health intake, physical assessment with hands on treatment and advice. We co-create a plan to get you out of pain and keep you there.
