Vertigo Acupuncture Therapy60 min

🌀 1. Reduction in Dizziness and Spinning Sensations Acupuncture may help regulate the vestibular system (the part of the inner ear and brain involved in balance). Studies have found it can decrease the frequency, duration, and intensity of vertigo episodes. 💆 2. Improved Blood Flow and Oxygenation Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory holds that vertigo can result from “Qi” or blood stagnation in the head. Modern research suggests acupuncture might enhance cerebral and inner-ear blood flow, which could improve balance and reduce symptoms. 🌿 3. Reduction in Anxiety and Stress Vertigo is often worsened by stress or anxiety, and acupuncture is known to stimulate endorphin release and modulate the nervous system, promoting relaxation. Lower stress levels can in turn reduce vertigo triggers. 😴 4. Better Sleep and Overall Well-being Acupuncture can improve sleep quality and energy levels, both of which help your body recover from dizziness and instability.
