I've been helping people improve their health and wellbeing through chiropractic care for over 28 years, and I still love what I do.
I graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1998 and hold an Honours Degree in Physical and Health Education from McMaster University.
My approach is gentle, personalized, and focused on your individual needs and comfort. I use a variety of chiropractic techniques and tailor each treatment to help restore movement, reduce pain, and support your overall health and wellness.
In addition to chiropractic care, I'm certified in pregnancy and pediatric care and have experience treating people of all ages—from newborns to older adults. I also offer Cold Laser Therapy to support healing when appropriate and provide custom orthotics to help improve comfort, alignment, and everyday function.
I believe in taking the time to listen, answer your questions, and help you feel informed and comfortable throughout your care.
I look forward to meeting you and being part of your health journey.

Diagnosis and treatment may be delivered in the same appointment depending on the examination results. This is determined on a case by case basis after the consultation and examination are completed. An alternative outcome may be that radiographs are required to diagnose or determine the appropriate treatment. In this case, the patient is sent to an OHIP covered facility in Kingston that takes x-rays on a first come first serve basis (no appointment necessary). There is no additional cost for radiographs ordered.
Custom orthotics can help those with plantar fasciitis, foot pain, arthritis, diabetes, and chronic pain by improving gait and reducing muscle and ligament strain. Orthotic solutions can also help to increase mobility by relieving the discomfort of ordinary movement experienced by people suffering from foot problems.
