I was born and raised in Lethbridge, Alberta. My love of science and fascination with the inner workings of the human body prompted me to move to Edmonton in 2009 where I studied Magnetic Resonance Imaging at NAIT.
Frustrated with the reactive and reductive nature of mainstream medicine, my search for better, more holistic ways to help patients achieve and maintain good health led me to study acupuncture at MacEwan University.
In 2020 I returned to my home town of Lethbridge where you can find me practicing at 4 Elements Wellness Clinic, a team-based integrative health center.
In my practice, I endeavor to blend the best of both Western medical science and Traditional Chinese Medicine for a uniquely comprehensive treatment experience for everything from sports injuries and pain, stress and anxiety, to women's health and fertility.
I am continually looking to add new techniques and tools to my repertoire to deliver better patient outcomes and I am thrilled to offer treatments that include acupuncture, cold laser therapy, cupping, Gua Sha, heated muscle scraping, percussion massage, and more.
