Dr. Claire Wilson is a board certified Naturopathic Doctor, providing care to families and individuals of all ages. Although maintaining a general,
practice on the Coast, Dr. Wilson has a specific interest in women’s health, post-concussion care, autoimmune conditions, and musculoskeletal injury or chronic pain rehabilitation. As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), Dr. Wilson is provides the most up-to-date care for women moving through their perimenopause or menopause transitions. She has also focused countless hours on musculoskeletal ultrasound, which she uses extensively to support the wide range of injection therapies she offers for injury recovery and pain management, such as prolotherapy, trigger point injections, or platelet-rich plasma (PRP).
A graduate of the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in British Columbia, Dr. Wilson is certified in IV therapy, prescriptive authority, advanced injection therapies, and Aesthetic PRP for facial and hair restoration.
Dr. Wilson is dedicated to practising from a patient-centered philosophy, which involves individualized care, evidence-based therapeutics, and consistent patient education. She believes strongly in an
interdisciplinary approach wherein the patient is always informed, aware, and is
highly involved in their journey towards a sustainable state of health.
Aside from Naturopathic medicine, Dr. Wilson is also a 500hr Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor, an avid surfer, hiker, and overall outdoor enthusiast.

Start your journey toward optimal health! Your first visit is a 60-min comprehensive intake wherein we discuss your health concerns, your medical history, and your treatment goals. Individualized physical or lab assessments may be warranted to help us get to the root of your concerns. Upon completion, Dr. Wilson will customize a treatment plan that is tailored to your health needs.

Choose this option for an extended virtual consultation with your ND to discuss multiple concerns, or if it has been 2+ years since you last saw your care provider.
Access follow-up care from the comfort of your home. This option requires a stable internet connection or a phone line. All labs, supplements, medications, and further treatment support are accessible through telemedicine.
Brief subsequent visit (15 minutes) to review labs, renew prescriptions or supplements, or ask 1-2 questions about you plan.
Initial Consultation (60 minutes) Online. Access Naturopathic care from your home! This option for an initial ND consultation requires that you have a stable internet connection or phone line. All labs, supplements, medications, and further treatment support are accessible through telemedicine.
Choose this session if you have already had an initial evaluation or consult with Dr. Claire Wilson, ND, or Dr. Michaela Ouimet, ND regarding your injury or chronic pain. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a regenerative injection therapy that involves a blood draw, spin (Arthrex Angel Kit), and injection treatment under ultrasound. Ultrasound-guided PRP injections are performed on areas of injury to promote tissue regeneration.
Prolotherapy is a regenerative injection technique that targets soft tissue and/or joint injuries. This treatment involves ultrasound-guided injections of anaesthetic & dextrose to stimulate local tissue healing and modulate pain. All prolotherapy appointments are booked for a minimum of 45 minutes and will involve a comprehensive clinical assessment. Ultrasound imaging may be used to assess your injury. Additional treatments that may be performed during your appointment include manual muscle release, mobilization, and/or functional dry needling.
Continue to transform your health. Follow-up appointments are regularly 30-mins in length to give us time to check-in, refine treatment protocols and continue to support you on your healing journey.
Subsequent Naturopathic Visit - 60 minutes to discuss multiple health concerns or treat several injuries/areas of pain.
This short visit is designed for lab-testing, review of lab results, refills or brief check-ins.
