###Dr. Colin O’Brien, BA (Kin), ND
**Dr. O'Brien is a board certified Naturopathic Doctor with a special interest in digestive health**, as he believes that a large proportion of illness and disease can be managed by improved diet, nutritional supplementation and repair of the gut. **He also has a special interest in mental health, including anxiety, depression, stress management and general concerns surrounding low energy and poor sleep**.
After completing a degree in Kinesiology at Western University, Dr. O'Brien attended the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) to further his study of the human body and health. This education, along with his personal experience growing up with family members suffering from chronic illness, has helped him to understand the connections between diet, lifestyle choices, and health outcomes. Using evidence-based medicines and lab results, Colin is able to incorporate nutritional, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations tailored to each individual to build a strong foundation for health.
Outside of private practice, Colin also lectures regularly to public and professional audiences on common health topics.
