Dr. Lehnert focuses on finding the root cause of your health concerns by working with the whole body. Her main areas of focus include: hormonal health, gut health, stress management and mental health. However, she sees a variety of concerns and is always open to learning your story.

A natural immune boosting, intramuscular injection through Pascoe. This injection provides protection to your immune system during the high seasons, and all year round. It helps in the prevention of illness and the strengthening of your immune system. (Please note, this is not a flu shot or related to any influenza vaccination types).
Initial Consultations are 75 minutes in length. A full health history and physical exams (as needed) will be completed in this time.
Initial Naturopathic Assessment includes a full health history, to help understand your health concerns. This is virtual appointment offered through a secure Zoom appointment or phone consultation.
If you are an existing patient of Dr. Lehnert's this is the booking to choose. Follow up consultations range from 30 to 45 minutes depending on concern. All relevant health concerns will be discussed and reviewed.
A follow up is often required to determine course of treatment and future plan, change in plan. This is offered through a secure Zoom link or via phone consultation.
