The therapist inputs your weight and height in the system and it works by gently stretching the spine according to those inputs. This change takes pressure off the spinal disks with the goal of relieving pain and promoting an optimal healing environment for bulging, degenerating, or herniated discs. Session is generally accompanied by hands on manual therapy.
