Since beginning practice in 2007, Dr. Rutledge has worked to increase his knowledge and capability with a wide variety of tools and techniques for both diagnostics and treatment. Dr. Rutledge uses this growing toolkit to determine the root cause of a problem and provide effective and long-lasting relief. His areas of expertise and training include:
Active Release Technique (ART),
Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, and
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (Graston Technique).
He regularly sees athletes of all levels, from beginner to elite, including hockey players, football players, baseball players, swimmers, cyclists, runners and triathletes among many others.
