Supporting my daughter through her diagnosis of Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) over the past decade reshaped both my personal and professional life. What began as a general naturopathic practice evolved into a focused commitment to pain care, driven by the realities of caregiving and the stories of many patients in my practice living with chronic, complex pain. These experiences have continually challenged and inspired me to find more integrative, practical, and compassionate solutions.

Today, I work with people of all ages, including children, teens, adults, older adults, and caregivers. My role is to guide, connect, and advocate, offering practical, integrative strategies and coordinating care across interdisciplinary teams in Ottawa and surrounding areas.
I hold a BSc in Human Kinetics (University of Ottawa), a Master’s in Acupuncture (University of Bridgeport), and a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine). I contribute as a parent advisor at CHEO for the Integrative Treatment Centre and Pain Management Alliance Committee, and serve as a community advocate with Cassie + Friends, a national charity that supports children and families affected by juvenile arthritis.
I bring together professional expertise and personal experience to ensure that individuals navigating pain feel supported, understood, and never alone.

A collaborative session for parents, partners, or caregivers seeking guidance on how to support a child, teen, or adult family member. This session can focus on routines, health behaviours, nutrition, performance, stress, school or sport demands, communication strategies, or care navigation. Each session is tailored to your family’s specific needs.
Please note that our shortest booking of 15 minutes is reserved for simple single concern issues. For regular follow ups, please book a 40 minute consult. If a shorter consult like 25 minutes is only needed your ND will adjust the visit down and charge accordingly.
