This is your first visit with your naturopathic doctor. She will go over a detailed medical history, your current health concerns, and perform any necessary physical exams. You must complete your Medical Questionnaire before this appointment starts

This is your first visit with your naturopathic doctor. It will last for up to 1 hour. Your visit will take place via secure video link. It is best to use a computer/laptop in order for this video link to be smooth. *Please note that not all conditions are treatable via Telemedicine. Your Naturopathic Doctor may require an in-person visit where she can perform a physical exam or provide a physical treatment. Your Naturopathic Doctor may cancel/end the Telemedicine appointment if she deems your condition must be treated in person of that she may need to refer you to a different doctor. Please remember this is in YOUR best interest.*
