My interest in Chiropractic began at the age of 10 when I walked into a Chiropractic office with my head tilted to the side and sharp pain in my neck. Shortly after, I walked out with almost no pain and all this person did was work on my neck with their hands. I was fascinated and shortly thereafter decided I wanted to be a Chiropractor.

I graduated from the University of Guelph in 2001 and began Chiropractic college at CMCC in Toronto. Upon graduation with honours in 2005, I soon began my own practice in Port Perry. The clinic name, Your Health Chiropractic, was chosen because I wanted the focus of my practice to be on benefiting your health.

I have a developed unique style of practice which is minimalistic. I want my focus and time to be on you; not on managing staff, nor on developing a large clinic, or distracted by a waiting room full of patients. I take my time with patients to provide the best treatment that I can to benefit your health. The initial consultation for all new patients involves a complete history and assessment. At which point the Chiropractor will explain your diagnosis and options for treatment. Time permitting a treatment will be performed. This consult will take about 1 hour.

A re-assessment is performed for patients who have not visited in over 90 days and will take long than a typical subsequent visit. Please allow for about 30 minutes.

A follow up treatment for patients who have visited the clinic within the past 90 days. Treatments will take about 20 minutes and involve various techniques as discussed in your initial visit.
