Emily’s spark for Naturopathic Medicine began while volunteering at her local hospital, listening to patient’s concerns and wondering if there was a way to further improve people’s quality of life and health.
After graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Health Studies and a minor in Nutrition, Dr. Dobocan went on to pursue Naturopathic Medicine by completing the four year program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is an active member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).

Dr. Dobocan works with the pediatric and adult population to help manage conditions around allergies, digestion, hormones, mental health, stress management and prevention of chronic disease like diabetes, hypertension and obesity. She also has a special interest in autoimmune conditions such as Grave’s disease, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, Systemic lupuseryth ematosus, Rheumatoid arthritis, as well as chronic fatigue and Fibromyalgia.
With her educational and experiential knowledge, Dr. Dobocan is motivated to provide individualized treatment options that are evidence based, along with education and support towards better health and wellbeing.
