I went from playing competitive volleyball in the OVA for 6 years to playing on the women’s varsity volleyball team at the University of Toronto (UofT). I also had the honour of being on Team Ontario Beach for many years and representing Canada twice at U19 and U21 beach volleyball world championships. I also had the opportunity to be on the UofT track and field team competing in high jump. It is my goal to help patients get back to their normal activities and more, even stronger than before.

This is a 1 hour appointment of Performance Therapy. This session is entirely dedicated to exercise assessment, prescription and programming, rehabilitation, and prehabilitation. This appointment is for those who are interested in preventing injuries, optimizing their movements, moving pain free, and/or building their body up from a strong foundation. Learn the fundamentals and progress through plateaus by working with a coach with the know-how of a physio. *No manual therapy will be provided during this session*.
