Dr. Erica Balcombe is a dedicated Naturopathic Doctor (ND) focusing in women's health, with a passion for empowering women through holistic and integrative care. With an undergraduate degree from Brock University and a doctorate from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Balcombe combines evidence-based practices with traditional healing methods to address a wide range of women’s health concerns, including menstrual irregularities, infertility, prenatal and postpartum care, and menopause.
With a compassionate and educational approach, Dr. Balcombe believes in identifying and treating the root cause of dysfunction, not just the symptoms. FOR NEW PATIENTS. The initial appointment is 75 minutes long in order to review your health history thoroughly. Please complete the initial intake form PRIOR to your visit. The initial appointment may also include a complaint-oriented physical examination to help make a clinical diagnosis, if needed. Depending on the case, specific lab testing may be recommended. After your initial appointment, a personalized treatment plan will be made for you that can include any number of naturopathic modalities. The frequency of your follow-ups will depend on your progress and personal health goals.
FOR EXISTING PATIENTS ONLY. This appointment is for more regular follow-ups or minor acute concerns.
FOR EXISTING PATIENTS ONLY. This appointment is for extended follow-ups, e.g. if it's been longer than 6 months since your last appointment, there are lab results to go over, or you are receiving acupucnture as part of the visit.
FOR EXISTING PATIENTS ONLY. This appointment is for extended follow-ups, e.g. it is your second visit, if it's been longer than 1 year since your last appointment, or you are receiving acupuncture as part of the visit.
FOR NEW PATIENTS ONLY. This is a free 15 minute video or phone call for you to ask questions about naturopathic medicine and meet and learn about the practitioner. There is no treatment provided.
