Since graduating as a Naturopathic Doctor in 2012, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people feel their best through personalized, evidence-informed care. Over the past decade, I’ve developed a deep passion for IV nutrient therapy, providing thousands of safe and effective IV treatments to patients who trust me to support their wellness goals.
My clinical work has naturally grown into a teaching role, and since 2023 I’ve been training other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional IV care with confidence and integrity. I love seeing this work ripple outward—raising the bar for patient outcomes across the province and internationally.
When I’m not in the clinic or the classroom, I’m usually exploring the trails and parks of the Tri-Cities with my young family. Whether it’s a quick afternoon walk or a longer adventure in the backcountry—or even abroad—I find joy and balance in nature.
I’m also a lifelong maker. Fibre arts keep my hands busy and my creativity flowing, and there’s always a knitting, sewing, or crochet project in progress somewhere in my home.
Through it all, I aim to bring care, clarity, and curiosity to every part of my life and practice.

For clients of bloodcancertest.ca only. The Cancer Blood Test analyzes DNA fragments released into the bloodstream by cancer cells. These fragments form a unique genomic signature that allows early detection, often before imaging can identify changes. This test is also known as a “liquid biopsy”. The test detects 59 cancers, including: Pancreatic, liver, esophageal, stomach, lung, kidney, bladder, ovarian, cervical, uterine, breast, colon, bile duct, prostate and lymphoma. This includes many cancers that have no regular screening options and are often diagnosed late.

Book this visit if you are a new patient to Dr Erica in our clinic. Booking an initial consultation gives you the opportunity to learn more about IV Therapy and discuss how it can benefit you in achieving your health goals and customized nutrients and dosage will be recommended and administered by Dr Erica during your first visit. (Cost will vary due to nutrients/dosage as discussed during your consultation - between $165 - $230) Visit time approx. 60min

The first is a consultation which can be done over the phone or in person. We look at your recent blood work which must include ferritin and CBC (namely hemoglobin). If you do not have recent blood work then I can order it for you (which you pay for out of pocket, around $50, not usually covered by insurance). You may visit your GP or a walk in to get the same blood work, and it would be covered by the province in that case. After your consultation with Dr. Erica, and you have received your iron prescription from your pharmacy, we can then book you in for your treatment. The treatment usually takes 1-2 hours depending on the dose. Most people only need 1 dose (as long and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding). Please Contact Us to book this treatment.
