AjouterErin Tremblay is a Dr of Acupuncture with 10 years of experience. She loves working in transformational spaces and very few things are as transformative as becoming a parent. Passionate and straight forward Erin brings openness and inclusivity to health care for women and people who menstruate/have uteruses and have been so undeserved.
Previously a sexuality educator, Erin is also a Yoga Teacher, Birth Doula and is currently taking classes in somatics. She is passionate about helping people feel empowered in their health and enjoys supporting people who are stepping into their dream selves. Tapping into the deeper and more personal part of the experience, Erin enjoys empowering people to become more connected to their body and sexuality after the transformation of birth.
Erin loves a barbecued steak and is always wanting to eat it with sweet friends so that they can talk about more delicious things.

Cupping can be done on almost any part of the body. It is good for pain and sore muscles and brings blood flow to areas that need it. Silicone cups or traditional fire cupping with glass can be done. Although most commonly used for back pain it is useful on many areas of the body, including the face.

First we start with an initial consultation to go over your needs and concerns in a warm, comfortable environment. Then an acupuncture treatment will follow which could include laying on your back, front or both. Acupuncture is inserting very thin painless needles into specific points on the body. Sometimes cupping is involved as well as moxibustion.

First we start with an initial consultation to go over what areas of the face you want to focus on. Then we start with a few needles in the hands and feet and after cleansing the face we insert very small needles in to fine lines, pigmentations, scarring, dark circles, large pores etc. on the face and neck. We end the session with relaxing facial cupping. Follow up Facial Acupuncture A few minutes will be taken to go over how are you doing and what your needs and concerns are that day. Then we start with a few needles in the hands and feet and after cleansing the face we insert very small needles in to fine lines, pigmentations, scarring, dark circles, large pores etc. on the face and neck. We end the session with relaxing facial cupping.

We start with going over your needs and concerns and depending on age and comfort levels we have different tools to use with children and infants. We can stimulate the acupuncture points with acupressure, tiny sticker needles or ear seeds. A Japanese abdominal massage is helpful for digestive discomforts. Gentle cupping can also be done.
