This is for you if you have been in to see me before and you want more time for your follow-up treatments. You can use this when you want more time to rest with the acupuncture needles and/or for cupping/guasha. ($145)

This is for you if you haven't ever seen me before. We will do a comprehensive full intake, a treatment, and a custom holistic health plan. Areas of the health plan are your choice and can include: acupuncture, cupping, nutrition, herbs and lifestyle. ($165)

This is for you if you would like to meet me before starting treatment. Perhaps you want to ask me questions first, see how you feel in the space, or determine if I am a good fit for your needs. If you determine that I am not the right fit, I am happy to help you find other options for acupuncture in Calgary.

Pick this option for children - it is a shorter appointment and can be with or without acupuncture ($50)

This appointment can be used as a meet and greet or as an opportunity to explore holistic home treatment options. In the latter case we can discuss how you are doing with your health, health goals, Traditional Chinese Medicine self treatment options, nutrition, and herbal formulas. ($105)
