This 40-minute initial chiropractic visit is for new patients or those who haven’t been to the clinic in over a year. It includes a full assessment and X-rays if needed to help us understand your condition and plan your care.

All minors must have a guardian or parent accompanying them to sign consent form. Please arrive 10-15min prior to appointment to fill out the intake forms.
