Dr. Garry Nagra is passionate about helping people move better, recover from injury, and stay active doing the things they enjoy most. With a strong background in sports medicine and movement-based rehabilitation, he takes a personalized approach to care that focuses on improving function, building resilience, and supporting long-term health.
Raised in Surrey, British Columbia, Dr. Nagra began his academic journey in Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley before relocating to Portland, Oregon, where he earned both his Doctor of Chiropractic and Master of Science in Sports Medicine degrees from the University of Western States.
Growing up playing multiple sports, Dr. Nagra developed an early appreciation for the physical demands of an active lifestyle and the importance of proper recovery. After experiencing the benefits of chiropractic care firsthand during his own injuries, he became passionate about helping others overcome pain, restore movement, and return to the activities that matter most to them. These experiences continue to shape his thoughtful, evidence-informed, and patient-centered approach to care.
Dr. Nagra believes that effective treatment goes beyond addressing symptoms. By taking the time to understand each patient's goals, lifestyle, and unique challenges, he develops individualized treatment plans designed to support both short-term recovery and long-term success. His approach integrates chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilization, soft tissue treatment, shockwave therapy, and rehabilitation exercises to help patients improve function, reduce pain, and move with greater confidence.
He enjoys working with patients of all ages and activity levels, from competitive athletes and fitness enthusiasts to those seeking relief from everyday aches and injuries. Patient education and open communication are central to his practice, and he strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel heard, informed, and empowered throughout their care journey.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Nagra enjoys strength training, staying active through sports, and exploring the many hiking trails and outdoor adventures that make the Okanagan such a great place to live.
