As a Naturopathic Doctor, I create a space where patients feel truly heard, supported, and understood. I believe meaningful health changes happen when we take the time to explore your lifestyle, symptoms, and goals, and work together to address the root causes of your concerns.
I hold a Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology from the University of Victoria. I welcome patients of all ages and health backgrounds, with a special focus on women’s health, fertility, prenatal and postpartum care, perimenopause, menopause, and pediatric wellness.
My years as a birth and postpartum doula continue to shape my practice, teaching me the importance of presence, empathy, and clear communication. I understand the emotional, physical, and hormonal transitions that come with fertility, pregnancy, early parenthood, and midlife changes, and I bring that insight to every patient I work with.
I take a collaborative and individualized approach, combining nutrition, botanical medicine, lifestyle guidance, and other naturopathic therapies to create practical, supportive, and empowering plans.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy hot yoga, reading, and spending time outdoors—activities that help me stay balanced and energized.
