Dr. Esau has always had a passion for an active lifestyle and trying new activities until finding her passion for track and field. Originally from Niagara, Ontario, she competed in mid-distance track and cross country at both the provincial and national levels multiple times. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at Brock University, which included a year at the University of British Columbia (where she ran varsity cross-country) and a semester abroad in Leeds, England. She later moved to Portland, Oregon to earn a second Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Her introduction to chiropractic care came through her background in sports and injury rehabilitation, where she gained firsthand insight into its role in recovery and performance. These experiences shaped her understanding of chiropractic as a way to support healing, restore function, and improve quality of life. Whether you're recovering from a motor vehicle accident, workplace injury, or an unexpected weekend mishap, she’s committed to helping you feel and move better.
Dr. Haley takes an individualized, evidence-based approach to care, tailoring each treatment plan to support her patients’ goals and lifestyles while also collaborating with the other providers in the clinic as she understands the benefits of team effort in each patient’s care. She is certified in CranioSacral Technique (CST) and treating and diagnosis of TMJ disorders, along with experience in shockwave therapy, taping protocols, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and cupping. In addition to chiropractic, she is a certified track and field coach with years of experience training athletes as well as teaching and coaching swimming to people of all ages, from newborns to seniors. These experiences have strengthened her communication style and ability to build meaningful, trusting relationships with her patients.
When she’s not in the clinic, you can find Dr. Haley hiking, skiing, paddleboarding, running, trying new restaurants, or unwinding with a good reality TV show.

Craniosacral technique is a gentle, hands-on approach that focuses on the natural rhythm and movement of the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. By using light touch, a chiropractor can help release restrictions in the craniosacral system, supporting proper nervous system function and overall balance in the body. This technique is often used to reduce tension, ease stress, and promote deep relaxation, and it may benefit patients experiencing headaches, neck and back discomfort, chronic pain, or anxiety-related conditions.
Assessment for patients experiencing jaw pain, clicking, locking, headaches, or tension related to the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). The chiropractor will evaluate jaw movement, surrounding muscles, and contributing factors. Treatment may include gentle joint techniques, soft tissue therapy (possibly including intraoral work), and exercises to help restore normal jaw function and reduce discomfort.
