This is a follow-up appointment for patients who have already attended for an initial ICBC assessment and treatment. This follow-up appointment can be booked in person, online, or over the phone. These follow-up treatments are for ICBC patients only.

These appointments are for patients who are new to the clinic, for existing patients returning to us after an extended absence (i.e. over 1 year has lapsed since the last treatment), or for those returning patients who have a new injury.
