Hayden is a graduate of McMaster University and the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He is passionate about using his knowledge and manual therapy to alleviate pain and stress from the body.
Hayden believes in the body’s ability to heal itself. Sometimes it just needs the right support or a helping hand, which is what he aims to be for his patients. Additionally, he aspires to hold a safe, welcoming, and positive space for patients and enjoys treating muscular/joint aches and pains from head to toe. Hayden uses techniques such as spinal manipulation (also known as adjustments), soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, and exercise prescription to ensure he gets the best outcomes for his clients.
