Please note that an initial visit is required for all naturopathic patients who have not previously seen Dr. Hayley Collinge, ND. This visit includes a comprehensive review of your health history and current concerns, a focused physical examination where appropriate, recommendations for further laboratory testing if indicated, and a personalized treatment plan which may include nutrition, supplements, lifestyle support, and prescription medications where appropriate. Direct billing is available for most major insurance providers where coverage permits.

It includes going over your full health history including your main concerns, doing a focused physical exam, suggestions for further lab work and testing, and a personalized treatment plan which may include diet, supplements, medications and lifestyle advice.
