Please note that an initial visit is required for all naturopathic patients who have not previously seen Dr. Hayley Collinge, ND. This visit includes a comprehensive review of your health history and current concerns, a focused physical examination where appropriate, recommendations for further laboratory testing if indicated, and a personalized treatment plan which may include nutrition, supplements, lifestyle support, and prescription medications where appropriate. Direct billing is available for most major insurance providers where coverage permits.

Please note an initial visit is required by all Naturopathic patients who have never seen me before. It includes going over your full health history including your main concerns, doing a focused physical exam, suggestions for further lab work and testing, and a personalized treatment plan which may include diet, supplements, medications and lifestyle advice.

Vitamin B12 plus the addition of lipotropic Methionine, Inositol, and Choline. Also contains chromium for help with blood sugar regulation. Lipotropic injections are commonly referred to informally as "fat burner shots"
