In this appointment we will review all the ways you can support yourself throughout the summer with each of the items in your naturopathic first aid kit. This kit will help you address bug bites and stings, rashes, wounds, sunburns and summer hydration. First aid kits are meant to address acute needs until you are able to seek additional medical treatment. (The Kit is a separate purchase and is to be purchased at Balanced Living - $75.00 + HST.)
