Dr. J. Randy Lilja, DC
SaveDr. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He also earned his fellowship in Physical and Occupational Rehabilitation. Dr. Randy is a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, the Ontario Chiropractic Association, and is licensed by the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. For 16 years, Dr. Lilja was a member of the health care team at McMaster University treating varsity athletes. He was also a preceptor for the second year locomotor skills course at McMaster University Medical School. Dr. Randy has been a member of health care teams for the World University Games and World Judo Championships.

His chiropractic techniques include the use of diversified manual adjusting, as well as low-force instrument adjusting. Dr. Lilja is an instructor in Active Release Techniques® (ART) and holds advanced certifications in all levels of ART including Masters.
