Born with a passion for holistic health and wellness, Dr. Jaclyn Bastien discovered early on a calling to help others achieve optimal health. She pursued her dreams at University of Windsor in 2010 with a Honours Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics and continuing to Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where she graduated in 2014 with Clinic Honours. Throughout her 10 years in practice, she continued her education and specialized in pre and postnatal wellness. In addition to her expertise in pre and postnatal care, Dr. Bastien is trained in paediatric care and retained primitive reflexes, further enhancing her ability to address developmental challenges and promote neurological integration in children.
With a deep commitment to supporting women through their journey into motherhood, Dr. Bastien has dedicated her career to empowering mothers to regain control of their bodies and create healthy lifestyles. She understands the unique challenges women face during and after pregnancy (being a mom of 3 young boys herself) and provides compassionate care tailored to their needs.
Professionally, Dr. Bastien is recognized for her comprehensive approach to chiropractic care, combining traditional methods with specialized techniques to achieve optimal results for her patients. She has helped countless women navigate the physical changes of pregnancy, supporting them in achieving strength, mobility, and overall wellness. She is also deeply committed to promoting children's optimal development through chiropractic and manual care, wholeheartedly supporting children of all ages on their developmental journeys.
Outside of her practice, Dr. Bastien enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exercising and staying active, all while finding balance and inspiration in her personal life that enriches her professional endeavours.
