Dr. Jamie has been in the field of physical health and wellness for over a decade. After completing her degree in Kinesiology she spent 2 years coaching one-on-one rehab and strength training before returning to school to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in Portland, Oregon. Jamie's combination of clinical and rehab experience allows her to understand and address pain from its foundation in motion. In her practice she focuses on optimizing movement and building resilience, so her patients can enjoy and excel at the meaningful activities in their lives.
Dr. Jamie has completed extensive continuing education in the field of perinatal care and offers assessment and management of pelvic floor concerns through external techniques. She is passionate about working with women to educate, empower, and build confidence in choosing appropriate lifestyle and movement modifications through pregnancy and postpartum.
Outside of work, Jamie loves enjoying a good cappuccino, browsing the aisles of a used bookstore, or spending time exploring the Rocky mountains with her husband, daughter, and husky.
