Dr. Jane Mizevich
SaveDr Jane Mizevich is a Registered Psychologist in clinical and counselling psychology with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Dr. Mizevich has trained and worked at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences, and Ryerson University’s Centre for Student Development and Counselling.
In her work with clients, Dr. Mizevich takes a client-centered collaborative approach in order to help her clients feel heard and understood. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), as well as integrates other treatment modalities, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Dr. Mizevich has worked with clients with a variety of difficulties and is especially proficient in treating Anxiety Disorders, depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and Trauma. Dr. Mizevich is fluent in English and Russian.
