Dr. Jane Platts obtained her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Ottawa. She completed her pre-doctoral residency with Regina Mental Health Clinic in Saskatchewan. She has trained and worked in a variety of settings including hospital, forensic, community clinics, and private practice. Dr. Platts became a registrant of the College of Psychologists of BC in November 2021.
Dr. Platts works primarily with adults and provides a range of assessment and treatment services. She is experienced in treating anxiety and mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, and disordered eating and body image difficulties. She uses a variety of cognitive behavioural therapies and tailors her work to address clients’ individual needs and strengths.
