Dr. Yu’s professional philosophy revolves around preventive treatments, emphasizing the importance of proactive care. She is deeply passionate about providing her patients with natural-looking results, reflecting her dedication to aesthetics and overall well-being. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and running. Dr. Yu is also a doctor at Ski Patrol with Cypress Mountain.
Dr. Yu holds an Honors Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University and a medical degree from the University of Toronto School of Medicine. She completed her residency in family medicine with additional training in medical aesthetics, plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Yu’s commitment to diverse patient needs is evident in her extensive training. She also serves as a clinical instructor with the Faculty of Medicine at UBC.
