"Dr. Jas is a chiropractor who’s committed to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live more fully. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics from UBC Okanagan before completing her Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in December 2024.
Born and raised in Kelowna, BC, Dr. Jas enjoyed everything the Okanagan has to offer. Her background in movement science and firsthand experience with physical activity have shaped her understanding of how crucial it is to feel comfortable and capable in your body.
In practice, Dr. Jas takes a personalized, patient-focused approach. Her treatments may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and tailored rehab exercises designed to meet each individual’s needs. Her goal is to not only relieve pain and restore function but to guide patients toward long-term wellness"
