Dr. Jask Bains completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Alberta with a focus on Biological Sciences and Psychology, and earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California, graduating in 2024.
Dr. Bains takes a patient-centred, evidence-based approach to care, with an emphasis on individualized treatment and patient comfort. She believes effective care should be adaptable and tailored to each person’s needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
