Dr. Jason Raymond graduated from the Laurentian University with a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education. During his years at Laurentian, Dr. Raymond worked as a personal trainer. After graduation he decided to pursue Chiropractic at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in the United Kingdom. During this time he also became certified as a Health and Fitness Instructor with the American College of Sports Medicine as well as a UK Level 3 Registered Exercise Professional. While a student at the AECC he also enrolled in post graduate courses at the renowned Carrick Institute of Graduate Studies.
After graduation from the 4 year Chiropractic program, Dr. Raymond returned to Ontario and became a registered Doctor of Chiropractic with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario in 2011. He and his wife moved to Ottawa in 2012. Since beginning practice he has treated a wide range of patients from children and grandparents, mechanics and teachers to triathletes, fitness competitors,mixed martial artists, powerlifters and professional dancers.
Dr. Raymond has continued his education with many post-graduate courses including; soft tissue therapies, exercise and rehabilitation, extremity manipulation and pre-natal care.
Dr. Raymond’s treatments go further than just the typical adjustments, and may include treatment for muscles, tendons and ligaments, corrective exercises and more. He is passionate about providing the most up-to-date evidence based care. Dr. Raymond focuses on correcting the underlying cause of your health concerns, rather than masking the symptoms or providing just short term relief that doesn't last.
Dr. Raymond is excited to be practicing in Richmond and is looking forward to serve the community and surrounding areas with the very best in chiropractic care.
