Dr. Jennifer O'Shea graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Prior to her doctorate degree, she obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto studying Biology and Psychology. Spending essentially her entire life growing up in Burlington, she is ecstatic about being back and active in the Burlington community. She feels very fortunate to have found a career that allows her to use her passion for helping others to make a difference in people's lives.
After a thorough history and physical exam, Dr. Jennifer O'Shea designs individualized treatment plans in an effort to improve her patient's overall function and health. She offers contemporary medical acupuncture (with or without electrical stimulation), ART®(Active Release Techniques®), instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, mobilizations, manipulation/adjustments, electrotherapies, low level laser, therapeutic ultrasound, taping, nutritional advice and rehabilitation. Dr. O'Shea believes in empowering her patients through educating them on their specific conditions and actively involving them in their recovery process with the prescription of rehabilitative exercises.
